Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and BlocksFusion Pty Ltd (ABN 25 697 273 037) ("rompix", "we", "us"), governing your use of the rompix service. By creating an account or using rompix, you agree to these terms.

Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to use rompix. Sign-up is open to anyone with a Google account and a verified email address — no invitation is required. You sign in with that Google account; you are responsible for keeping access to it secure and for all activity that happens under your rompix account. You must own, or have the right to use, any content you upload. One person should not create multiple accounts to evade credit, spend, or rate limits, or to obtain additional free credits.

The service

rompix is a tool for iterating on AI-generated images and video keyframes. You describe a frame, generate it, branch variations, and keep the results you prefer. Outputs are produced by AI models and are inherently variable — the same prompt can produce different results — and we do not guarantee any particular output, quality, or fitness for a specific purpose.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use rompix to:

• create or upload content that is illegal, that infringes someone else's intellectual property or privacy, or that you do not have the rights to use;
• generate sexual content involving minors, or other content prohibited by our AI providers' policies;
• harass, defame, or impersonate others, or create deceptive or harmful media;
• attempt to bypass, disable, or abuse credit, spend, or rate-limit controls; or
• interfere with, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the service or its infrastructure.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Credits and billing

rompix runs on prepaid credits. You buy credits through Stripe, and each image or video generation consumes credits at the rate shown in the app at the time. New accounts receive a small one-time free credit grant to try the service. Prices and credit costs may change; changes apply to future purchases and generations. Amounts are charged in the currency shown at checkout.

Subscription

rompix also offers an optional monthly subscription that includes a recurring credit allowance plus the ability to connect your own AI provider keys. The subscription renews automatically each month until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep access until then. The monthly allowance does not roll over between periods.

If you connect your own provider keys, generations that run on your keys are billed to you directly by that provider under your agreement with them, and you are responsible for complying with the provider's terms. We store connected keys encrypted and use them only to run the generations you request (see our Privacy Policy).

Refunds

Credits are prepaid and non-refundable except where a refund is required by law. Unused purchased credits expire 12 months after purchase (oldest credits are used first). If a payment is refunded or disputed, or you initiate a chargeback, the corresponding credits are reversed and removed from your balance. Subscription payments are not refundable for partial months; cancelling stops future renewals but does not refund the current period. Nothing in this section limits any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Ownership of content

As between you and us, you retain the rights you have in the prompts you write and the outputs you generate, subject to the terms of the underlying AI model providers. You grant us the limited licence needed to store, process, and display your content in order to operate and provide the service to you. We claim no ownership of your generated media beyond that.

Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including as to fitness for a particular purpose, availability, or that outputs will be accurate or suitable for your use. This does not exclude any consumer guarantees that apply under the Australian Consumer Law and cannot lawfully be excluded.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, rompix will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, and our total liability arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Where the Australian Consumer Law applies and our liability cannot be excluded, our liability is limited, at our option, to resupplying the service or paying the cost of having it resupplied.

Termination and account deletion

You may stop using rompix at any time, and you can delete your account and its data from your account settings. Deletion disables your account immediately and permanently removes your content after a short grace period; certain financial and transaction records are retained (in anonymised form) as required by law — see our Privacy Policy for how deletion and retention work. We may suspend or end your access if you breach these terms or if we discontinue the service. Sections that by their nature should survive termination — including credits and billing, ownership, disclaimers, and limitation of liability — will survive.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. You and we submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that state.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the service evolves. When we make material changes, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
